En Esperanza, Valverde, R.D.– Durante los Premios FOTS-CIDOCTUR, la sala capitular entregó un reconocimiento a Franklin Onésimo Tavárez Sánchez por sus 35 años como educador comunicacional y comunicador activo.
La distinción fue entregada por la regidora María Elena Pérez, el regidor Joel Mendoza y Confesor Contreras, proponente del homenaje aprobado por unanimidad por el cuerpo legislativo municipal.
El ayuntamiento resaltó la trayectoria profesional de Tavárez Sánchez mediante la entrega de un pergamino. La familia del homenajeado, representada por la Lic. María M. Ureña y el Ingeniero Franklin Anderson Tavárez Ureña, agradeció el gesto.
El acto destacó la importancia de reconocer a quienes contribuyen al desarrollo educativo y comunicacional de la provincia.

In Esperanza, Valverde, D.R.– During the FOTS-CIDOCTUR Awards, the council hall awarded Franklin Onésimo Tavárez Sánchez for his 35 years as a communication educator and active communicator.
The distinction was presented by Councilwoman María Elena Pérez, Councilman Joel Mendoza, and Confesor Contreras, who proposed the homage, unanimously approved by the municipal legislative body.
The city council highlighted Tavárez Sánchez’s professional career with the delivery of a certificate. His family, represented by Lic. María M. Ureña and Engineer Franklin Anderson Tavárez Ureña, expressed gratitude for the gesture.
